Answer: Chrom Master chemical metallization device present a moving platform with 4 hermetic 20 liters !!!!!metallic containers connected through flexible pipelines, block dispatch device and dispatching collector with specially made sprayer-type guns. There is the module for capacity installations for discharging of chemicals and front panel with manometers and pneumatic throttles for pressure regulating. Using the device for chemical metallization firstly you make an activation of sensibilization of the earth covered detail surface, then the surface is being washed by distiller or de-ionizer water and specially prepared chemicals are being separated which form mirror metallic covering.

Q: What equipment will I need to execute the process of chemical metallization?


A: For covering the linking earth and protective varnish you will need the standard paint spreading equipment which is being used in the simple process of painting. To provide the process of chemical metallization and mirror metallic covering we use the device for Chrom Master chemical metallization.

: How much time does the process of chemical metallization need?

A: Using the infrared sources for the quick drying of the linking earth and protective varnish the whole process of metallization occupies 5-6 hours. Though for the full drying of the earth we recommend to begin the process of metallization on the following day.

: Should I have any experience in painting?

A: Despite the particular technique of covering the process of chemical metallization is connected with evaporation of the ordinary paint and is not difficult and doesn't need any special experience or preparation.

: Should I have special place for chemical metallization process?

A: The main conditions while providing the process of metallization are the frequency, dust minimization in the air, ventilation and temperature in the room not less than 20°С. We recommend equipping the separate room for provision of the whole cycle of the process of chemical metallization. The requirements are the same as in the usual process of painting.

: What self-cost of the covering in comparison with traditional galvanic chroming process?

A: The self-cost of the covering received by the method of chemical metallization is on 25-30% lower from the chrome covering receiver by the reservoir galvanic chroming during the process of chemical metallization and in difference with galvanic chroming in the process of chemical metallization we do not use chemicals having heavy metals and carcinogenic components.

: May I use earth and protective varnish of other producers?

A: Offered by our company connecting earth and protective varnish were specially developed for the process of chemical metallization and are active against metallic layer and are used for blister advancement and protective conditions of the metallic covering. As a rule the use of similar on the basis materials doesn't give the required effect and makes the covering dull.

: May I cover motor details and elements of exhaust tuning?

A:
No you can't. Maximal temperature at which the covering keeps the ideal blistering does not exceed 125-130°С. Even on the chrome details at the long time impact of such a temperature there appear broad patterns and scales and many types of plastic begin to fuse.

Q: Is there any electric conductance and may I metalize non current devices?

A: Yes, there is. You can spread the metallic covering on all details and devices. And after metallization the surface became electro conductive as a usual metal. But the given technology is not used for providing of the current conductive characteristics to the non conductive and is being used for receiving blistering metallic coverings having high reflection power.

Q: Does metal covering have the needed firmness and durability?

A: After activation and special protective varnish the metalized part neither has nor less covering and wear resistance than paint or enamel for cars brought on the plant producer. Varnish on the stage of production includes special elastificators increasing the firmness and wear resistance of the covering.

Q: How can I order the device for chemical metallization if I live in the other city and how will the delivery of chemicals be provided?

A: The delivery of the equipment and chemicals is provided through transport companies to all Worlwite cities

Q: Could you explain the principles of chemical metallization and applying of reflecting metal coating?

A: Using the set for chemical metallization, at first, activation or coating of the part surface, covered with a layer of cohesive coat, is performed. Then the part is washed by distillated or deionized water, and specially prepared chemical reagents creating the reflecting metal coating with high reflection power are sprayed at it. In order to protect the reflecting metal coating against fogging and mechanical wear it is covered by the layer of protecting varnish.

Q: What is the best choice for cleaning water? Is it distiller or deionizer?

A: Cleanness of water received by the method of vaporation or distillation using a distiller is always of higher quality than the cleanness of water received by the method of passing water through the system of filters using a deionizer. It is easy to check using a special device - conductometer which is included in the kit of each set. Notwithstanding the fact that a distiller consumes more electric energy and provides less productivity, its usage is more profitable even from the economic point of view than usage of a deionizer, which demands replacement of expensive ion-exchanger membrane after 300-400 liters of purified water. So, you become depending on the deionizer manufacturer.
