Chrome Master VWS

Price — 5 350.00 € incl. complete chemical package for 35 m2!

CHROME MASTER – is a professional system of chemical metallization, provides an opportunity to receive 100% mirror surface on virtually any surface.

Work with this system has the following advantages:

No restrictions in the amount of detail:

During the process of chemical metallization size parts has no values, Unlike galvanic plating process or a process Vacuum metallization, where the size of the coated parts is limited in size bath or vacuum chamber.

Ability to select the desired shade:

By adding a protective lacquer (coloring) Pigment toners, can be given metal coating of any hue, including external form of chromium, Aluminium, gold, copper, bronze and other metals and alloys.

Environmentally friendly coating:

Unlike chrome plating, in the process of chemical metallization do not use heavy metals and carcinogenic constituents, and himself Technology process, is environmentally friendly and does not harm the environment.

Hardness and wear resistance:

The protective lacquer coating is identical to the hardness after hardening and durability of lacquer or enamel car, caused by the manufacturer.

Ease of Use:

Hanesenie coating similar to the conventional spray paint, allowing cause the metal coating on the parts of all shapes and sizes.

High profitability:

Obtained, using plants for chemical metallization, Mirror metallic coating has a much lower cost compared, eg, chrome-plated, deposited reservoir-plated.

The coating on virtually any surface:

Even on a very porous material, whether a tree, plastic, polyurethane, ceramics, gypsum, You can put a bright metallic coating, having high reflectivity.

Process steps

Step 1. Application of bonding primer

First, the surface of the object should be prepared as it is done before the usual process of painting. Then, using a standard spray gun several layers of bonding primer should be applied in order to obtain an even glassy layer. Bonding primer is active to the following  metallisation layer, providing it with a high deposition rate, better adhesion and high gloss of metallic coating.

Step 2. Chemical metallization

Next, using “Chrome-Master” chemical metalisation device, the surface activation of the object is carried out. Immediately after that, the surface needs to be rinsed with distilled water and at the same time sprayed with specially prepared chemical reagents. The chemical reaction will form a reflecting metal coating on the surface of the object. Then again, the surface has to be rinsed with distilled water.

Step 3. Application of protective lacquer

To protect the gained reflecting metal layer from mechanical damage, a cover layer of protective lacquer is applied, by using a standard spray gun.

To achieve chrome, aluminum, gold, copper, bronze or other metals appearance of the object (unit), pigmented toners of needed type should be added to protective lacquer in a certain proportion.

Materials

We will provide your system with high quality materials made in Germany.

You will receive materials in the form of concentrates, who are willing to work after mixing with distilled water in the required proportion. This will give you the opportunity to prepare Fresh chemical mixture immediately before use and get excellent quality.

Materials in concentrated form, retain their properties within 2 years after opening.
